• Overall in charge for on boarding, Induction, Exit & BGV• Vendor management and overall stock management • Coordinating with different clients for workforce planning • Maintaining Trainers and scholar attendance and leaves thru portal • Various report generations including MIS• Travel and accommodation coordinates for employees on-boarding as well us client visits

• Schedule & Coordinate with Freelance Trainers as a SPOC for clients and companies• Train the students on Life skills• Employees Attendance and payment process• Preparing entire employee reports and share with clients

• Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements in different domain categories• Prepare employee schedules based on client requirements • Visiting Clients and discuss the delivery plans• Prepare P&L for each project and execute• Prepare financial budget and expense approval & handling Travel plans, Attendance and Inventory Management• Additional in-charge: Employee travel and accommodation

• SPOC for various clients for delivery coordination• Employee On boarding formalities and document verification• Coordinate with vendor for Back Ground Verification • Coordinating with external and Internal Clients for recruitment• Conduct placement drive for various companies in various places and on board them into client’s locations• Employee workforce planning and management
