Piloted an India level talent rotation program as part of the Talent Review Board for top performers to cut attrition.

Leadership for a globally distributed, multi-disciplinary team driving transformation of Global Regulatory Reporting across 9 countries overseeing strategy, roadmap and execution. ➢ Led delivery of a comprehensive regulatory reporting platform for MIFID II within a compressed nine-month period, enabling compliance with MIFID II regulations for 5 asset classes: FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, Securities Finance. ➢ Directed the delivery of a bunched/block trade program integrating front office, middle office, client data & regulatory applications, shortening time to market by 60%. ➢ Established multi- year program strategy to uplift & enhance regulatory reporting controls – Reconciliation of Authorized Data Sources to Global Transaction Repositories, comprehensive data strategy, and integrated exception management for 16 global regulations. ➢ Managed a critical program under Board oversight, successfully delivering on regulatory mandates during the COVID-19 crisis.

Program Manager/Business Analyst/Scrum Master for modernization of BNY Mellon’s FX Overlay / FX hedging solution, a proprietary technology platform, which manages $100 billion of hedged assets under management.➢ Redesigned FX Overlay platform into a scalable, intelligent automated hedging solution which streamlined complex, manual client-specific process achieving annual efficiencies of $500,000 to $1 million. ➢ Executed from ideation to implementation, $1.52 million in annual savings and a 2.5x increase in velocity by aligning teams with business goals and vendor optimization for Markets Clients Reporting. ➢ Instituted a Revenue Analytics framework for the FX Overlay business, providing deep insights into revenue drivers and operational risks. ➢ Accelerated new client onboarding by 50%, enhancing process efficiency to boost early revenue recognition and client satisfaction.➢ Led Agile transformation initiative, accelerating innovation and enhancing business agility.➢ Governed fixed price and time & material vendor engagements, optimizing contract management and financial performance.
