• Managing Beta testing and commercial launch in Non Spectrum & Spectrum Districts/Towns/States.• Responsible for the operational issues handling during launch faced by circles during testing phase or commercial launch.• Correlate review reports for MD, National ICR Strategic Business Heads.• Taking close follow-up for ICR Network related issues & then after close as per SLA defined.• Publish weekly ICR launched current business trend for all ICR state/circles/district.• Analyze and share the report for ICR partners cost Vs actual bill submitted by them, ICR partners were Idea, Aircle, Vodafone , Loop, VTL and MTS • Analyze sites level wise business trend and share with Strategic Business team at utilization level contains Traffic MOU/SMS/Data and 3x usage.• Update monthly GIS Application (Geographical Information System) with help of Software Manufacturer & Circles Network Team.• Do data analysis in order to shift VLR through OTAPA from one partner’s site to another partner’s site in Multiple ICR area in order to control revenue leakage.• Flash Delta comparisons report to management for day wise business trend analysis.• Prepare monthly circle wise ICR related complaint tracker to check the Network purity.• Correlate In roaming and Out Roaming cell site wise data.• Calculate In Decrement and PRR (prepaid recharge revenue) for ICR circles.• Payment processing for ICR partners (Idea, Aircle, Loop, VTL and Vodafone)• Complete coordination with Network team for commercial launch in any circle with ICR partners• Responsible for site plotting presentation with the help of corporate Network & Technology team.• Presents market strength report before ICR planning in circles.• Present pre and post launch reports in terms of Usage-Revenue-Cost-Net.
