My job is to assist clients remotely, troubleshooting, configuring internet, email and websites. I also do internet and fiber installations and support.My Roles & Responsibilities of Help-desk Technician Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution using remote communication or through phone to the client or the end user. Some tasks involved include but not limited: · Provide 24 Hour on-call support service as-needed through phone to clients for basic end user related hardware’s and software’s, desktop related LAN network systems. · Maintain ticketing system, logging and keeping records of customer queries (escalate problems to field engineers to visit customers & regularize service) · Monitoring Nashua IP systems and alerting back bone engineers. Configuration and email administration for all clients whenever required. · Maintain daily readings of the backup generator,server room & electricity. · Technical support for all walk-in clients. · Manage Nashua IP network using management tools. · Offer post-sales support, Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
