Pos/It/Pharmacy Feild Technician

My job was to make sure the POS, IT and Pharmacy equipment was working at Fred's. I had 70 plus stores to oversee. I installed the Fred's Pharmacy, IT and POS equipment when Fred's bought a local pharmacy. I installed the entire store when Fred's moved into new buildings. This included wiring, paging, wireless access points, phone system, data, registers, scanners, store and pharmacy computers. I installed everything that had to do with IT, POS and the Pharmacy. I would be there for the store's grand opening to ensure no problems on day one. I was on call 7 days a week. If the help desk couldn't fix a problem, it would then be forwarded to me. There were a lot of long trips anytime, day or night. I had to make sure all parts were sent back to the office in a timely manner. I kept my van's inventory up to date with parts. Before the holidays, I would call all of my stores to check for any problems. The busiest Pharmacies and stores called me directly. It took a lot of time management to do this job. That's something I am proud of.
