CurrentProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Program Director and other Branch Directors, ensuring effective communication and smooth operation.Organize, audit, and track staff personnel and participant records to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.Assist with HR audits to ensure compliance and proper documentation.Handle filing, organizing applications, entering attendance for program participants, and submitting assessments such as ASQs for teachers and administration.Oversee department inventory, create requisitions, receive purchase orders, resolve invoice-on-hold issues, address vendor inquiries, and facilitate invoice payments.Answer phones, monitor access points, and ensure adherence to Association Policies while demonstrating core values of Respect, Responsibility, Caring, and Honesty.Assist with planning and coordinating family engagement events, staff meetings, and functions.
