My role involves providing ongoing coaching and support to participants, addressing workplace challenges, and collaborating with employers to improve retention rates. I also represent the organization at networking events and community outreach initiatives, fostering partnerships and maintaining a professional presence. Additionally, I monitor participant progress, gather employer feedback, and continuously refine strategies to enhance outcomes.
