Conducted value engineering on the rear wheel hub and sprocket carrier of the Classic 350 model to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining or improving product performance.Utilized Creo Parametric, to create 3D models and perform simulations to test proposed design changes.Successfully designed a new rear wheel hub and sprocket carrier for the Classic 350 model, achieving a 7% reduction in weight compared to the original design while preserving optimal performance.

Part of the product development team responsible for developing new products for students.Successfully designed and manufactured products using 3D printers and laser cutting machines.
