Mr. Ronquillo is a Licensed Psychometrician, Licensed Professional Teacher and Certified Human Resource Associate and Mental Health First Responder. Currently, he is connected with the Department of Health, Philippines as Health Program Researcher and visiting instructor of Psychology at Cebu Normal University. He is also the Liaison Officer of the Psychological Association of the Philippines – Cebu Leyte Samar Chapter. He is also an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association and member of International Society of Substance Use Professionals. He obtained his Master of Public Administration at Southwestern University PHINMA in Cebu City and Psychology degree with high honors and Diploma in Professional Education at Cebu Normal University. Mr. Ronquillo, as currently the assistant program manager of National Mental Health Program and Substance Abuse Program of DOH - Central Visayas Center for Health Development, conducts various technical assistance such as trainings, supportive supervision and technical support to local health offices in the region in the field of mental health and substance abuse.
