As an Agile Coach and Delivery Lead at Shell, I have been leading the Agile transformation and delivery of multiple projects and programs across the organization for over seven years. With a strong background in DevOps, Lean Product Management, and Information Management and Governance, I bring a holistic and strategic approach to Agile coaching and consulting. My mission is to enable cross-functional teams and stakeholders to collaborate effectively and deliver value to the customers and the business. I leverage my expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks, as well as my certifications in PSM2, SPC 6.0, CSM, and CSP, to train and mentor teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and optimize backlog management. I am also passionate about exploring and applying Generative AI technologies to create innovative solutions and enhance user experience.
