• Developing recruiting strategies designed to identify candidates through various recruiting tools• Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites• Using expertise in portal sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster and other Job Portals.• Responsible for Tech Screening Skills and evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements• Interacting with candidates via phone or video conference• Scheduling interviews of the candidates based on panel availability• Keep tracking daily status reports on conversions & closures• Maximizing profitability by negotiating pay rates with consultants based on position requirements• To Manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems with supervisor

• Working with Top Tier Direct FORTUNE 100 Banking / Financial and Insurance Clients like Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Capital One, MUFG, BB&T, MetLife, etc.• Expertise in high end to end process of Complete Recruitment Life Cycle• Sourcing suitable candidate from LinkedIn, Monster, Career Builder, Dice, ATS and other local websites• Prescreen candidates and presenting to Hiring Manager and setting up the interviews• Closing the offers and delivering the consultant till the start of project.
