Objective - To Introduce internal controls to monitor critical areas of financial management and devise (Product Profitability Analysis, Budget vs. actual Tracker) corrective actions to address risk or deficiencies.Work Profile - 1) MIS Reporting – Monthly MIS reporting includes gap analysis for Budget Vs. Actual figures, making of volume map & Sales and Material Cost Analysis, working capital statement & EBITDA savings. The reports help top management to highlight the reasons for deviations from the budget amount and action to be taken to improve the same.2) Product Profitability Analysis – In product profitability, we evaluate an individual product's financial performance and profitability. For products whose cost of goods sold (COGS) is more than the sales price, we first categorise the material in actual loss and notional loss and then make informed decisions regarding the pricing of raw materials (Bill of Material), cycle time and resource allocation.3) Budget Vs. Actual Report - The report includes details of capex and tooling expenditure, i.e., Purchase Order issued against the budgeted amount, advance received from customer and given to vendors, the margin in each project and money blocked in any projects/programs. The report helps to gain insights into financial performance, adjust strategies and make informed choices to optimise resources.
