• Maintaining an excellent relationship with Key Accounts Customers.• Liaising with external and internal customers, salesmen, showroom managers and PRO.• Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of paints and chemicals.• Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operations headquarter.• Coordinating the use of automated and computerized (ERP) systems.• Planning future capacity requirements.• Reviewing Market analysis in order to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates. • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Managing all processes, functions and a team of up to 16 employees within a busy warehouse.• Identifying new markets to penetrate and analyzed opportunities to grow market share and increase visibility.• Communicating with other warehouses, retail branches, customer service centers, business centers for shipment, payment related issues.• Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.• Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.• Preparing receipt vouchers, invoices and inventory reports like inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report and other reports as requested.• Providing quality service to client, increased market penetration by effective forecasting and achieved better sales targets by implementing by effective market plans. • Making sure that all freight receipts and deliveries are carried out in time.• Leading, motivating, training and developing staff.• Visiting clients to monitor the quality of service they are receiving.• Updating & maintaining computerized & paper based administrative records.• Driving business growth through aggressive business development initiatives that results in increased revenue growth. • Working with team leaders to review procedures & maximize customer satisfaction.
