I also prepare monthly documents for management review, and am responsible for daily shift rejection PPM control and action plan against increased PPM. I complete the QPCR raise by the QA team for major defects and fill their CAPA.In addition, I prepare all documents of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, and prepare all documents for VQSA Audit. I possess knowledge of 7QC tool, and I am skilled in root cause analysis and monitoring the rejection on a daily basis, and initiate CAPA for the same. I monitor and analyze daily OEE, productivity, and man per hour.As a Production Engineer, I am responsible for inventory management (SAP VS ACTUAL), quality circle meeting, and JCC. I also manage Gentan-I Management part-wise costing for non-profitable parts, and handle BPCS (Best Practice Cell Setup) project to smooth process flow. I am well versed in various tools and techniques of TPM, including 7 losses, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, PM analysis, and CAPA Analysis.Furthermore, I independently corrected the routing and BOM actualization of 25 parts. I was responsible for managing welding processes like MIG welding and Butt welding and their parameters. I also had the knowledge of welding defects and their prevention. I performed root cause analysis of MIG welding defects and initiated CAPA for the same.One of my key responsibilities was to prepare all documents for IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. I also monitored and analyzed daily OEE, productivity, and man per hour. I worked on breakdown control, time-saving, process mistake proofing, and cost reduction.
