Ensure quality and continuous performance improvement provided to production managersWork closely with the Production/ Account Managers monthly to collect finance documentation or balance, communicate and service customer and/or project issues that may accord during installations Ensures installers in both market areas (Houston,TX & LA) work organized, clean and free from debris to maintain a safe working environment and respected customer property·Provides or coordinates with sales managers/ production managers and service departments to provide service customers with service pricing quotes or making changes to contract ·Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key contacts for each service contract assignedProvides a communication link between the customer, vendors, subcontractors and project coordinators to help ensure that effective service is provided to all installed customer
