I am an Alternative Learning System graduate which equates to a high school graduate in formal school. I can also boast that I am the top achiever amongst all the graduates of ALS wayback year 2012. It was year 2016 when I first tried my luck in BPO. It was so thrilling as I know, customer service is my calling and I always give 100% client satisfaction. I was given a chance as a newbie in a local telco account in Eastwood City. I stayed there for 3 years, started as an agent and was given a career growth to be a team lead for a year. And since we all know that local account isn't as competitve as those in an international account when it comes to compensation, I've decided to leave the company and applied to an international account in Cubao which is my stepping stone in handling international accounts. I really loved the tasks there as an agent at first then was given a chance too to be an acting team lead. However, pandemic strikes and the company laids us off permanently which made look for another company then I got hired in a company in San Mateo, Rizal which is a Canadian Telco account. I was able to stay there for almost 2 years as a techinical support. Unfortunately, I was forced to resign due to miscarriage and being not physically able to work. When I got better, I looked for a job that offers work from home set-up and that's why I was able to get a job with Everise. Things went smoothly at first, but when the account I belonged to ended, we were put on a floating status and that went on for 5 months until I reached my maternity leave. It started October 21st of 2023 until February 3, 2024. When my mat leave ended, they put me back in floating status until I got tired on waiting for me to be profiled for a work at home account and decided to leave the company and now looking for any work from home or remote jobs.
