- Receiving all client bookings from online channels- Handling clients travel requests and inquiries- Processing reservations and booking confirmation to hotel partners- Dealing with clients inquiries and aiming to meet their expectation- Responsible to make sure all bookings are confirmed on hotel partners side - Coordinating with internal operations to ensure all cliens request is properly endorsed and accomplished
