Solving problems from various sectors with a cost effective sustainable solution is what I have developed as my core skillset in last 25 years of professional life. Setting up an IT company for a paper industry in Wisconsin USA in 1998 with a team of just 3 members and growing it to 20 IT professionals was the first experience of contributing to real world challenge. Working for 10 years in USA on products and services with distributed offshore teams was an enriching experience.Then setting up an onsite offshore IT delivery team in India for clients in USA, Australia and Singapore was the next one in line. Building a system based approach to manage a team of 100+ employees and seeing happy clients from 2004 till 2012 was the proof of the ability to connect with people with right set of skillsets. 8 years of this entrepreneurial experience with the global experience further convinced the possibilities of bringing best talents in different part of the world with right management.2010 to 2013 was about binding experience with study resulting in Ph. D. in the field of "Entrepreneurship Development". Contributing back to society by teaching at B-Schools and mentoring Entrepreneurs ensured that the experience is used for betterment of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pune.2013 posed a new opportunity to establish a new location for effective corporate training. Corporate training used to be conducted at the offices and hotels. An outbound experiential training program needs a destination to disconnect from usual stressful work culture. "An entrepreneur doesn't limit himself by his experience but learns from opportunities."A 10 acres of Teakwood Forest near Pune was taken up to transform it into a manicured outbound training facility with landscaped gardens, plantation and project based training. The inception and design phase was a learning experience. It reconfirmed that with a right frame of mind and use of technology, an ideal training facility could be started.25 years of experience taught me that every problem has a solution.
