Choose most appropriate candidates from the applications received.• Post positions that will attract top talent/create advertising. Building candidates data base .• Ensure that personnel requisitions are completed in a timely manner.• Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews.• Schedule interviews for internal and external applicants.• Making the candidates’ CVs anonymous and up to company’s standards before forwarding to respective clients.- Arrange practical details for interviews to take place. • Reference checking candidates before sending them to clients (if required)
