Since joining Vrddhi CTS in March 2021 as a full-time faculty member, I've had the enriching experience of coaching for CAIIB HRM and ABFM papers. My role involves not just imparting knowledge but also mentoring students to deepen their understanding in these specialized areas. At Vrddhi, I'm part of a committed team that aims to elevate students' learning experiences, preparing them for their careers in banking and finance. I'm passionate about education and dedicated to the success of our students, continually inspired by their growth and determination.

Reflecting on my journey from a student to an educator at St. Ann's High School, the place that shaped my foundational years, has been a rewarding full-circle experience. Specializing in Social Studies, English, and IT for High School, I've embraced diverse teaching methodologies to engage and inspire my students. My commitment extends beyond traditional instruction; as a mentor, I've guided my students through their academic and personal growth, fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment. This dual role has deepened my understanding of education's impact and fueled my passion for teaching and mentorship.

During my tenure at Loyola Academy, I specialized in teaching MBA courses including HRM, Finance, Law, and Accounting, as well as Accounting for B.Sc Food Technology students. Parallel to my teaching role, I advanced my expertise by pursuing an M.Phil in HRM. My approach focuses on equipping students with critical knowledge and skills for their professional growth. I have also served as Resource Person for Pondicherry University during my tenure here.

In my tenure at Boston Technologies, Hyderabad, as both a partner and faculty member, I've had the privilege of contributing to the educational journey of numerous students in the domain of SAP modules, including HR, FI, and SD. My expertise primarily lies in teaching SAP HR, where I've aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. This role allowed me to leverage my in-depth understanding of SAP HR functionalities to enhance the learning experience of our students, preparing them for successful careers in the dynamic field of SAP. At Boston Technologies, I was part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality training and support, ensuring our students not only learned but excelled in their respective SAP modules.
