At Engelke I work in the small project division with a Senior Project Manager leader. I am in charge of all aspects such as estimating, schedule, buy out, and execution for multiple types of jobs. Engelke specializes in Pet Supplies Plus, in which I have successfully built six remodels, and 4 interior build ups.The small project division usually handles Engelkes Pet Supplies Plus client, doing roughly 90% of all their work. We also handle larger projects such as Urban Air Adventure Park, TJ Maxx Tenant Improvements such as build outs and repairs, and USPS Tenant Improvements.In this position I will receive a job, and I will review the drawings and then send it to all appropriate subcontractors. We will then give some time to receive bids in which I will present them to our Senior Project Manager and we will review each bid to ensure the subcontractor chosen captures all work. We will then chose the contractor, and I will write them a subcontract using our system, Jonas, and then send to appropriate party.I then oversee the entirety of the project, working hand in hand with the onsite superintendent and updating all dilemmas to the Senior Project Manager.I have worked in over 20+ cities, learning all permitting, zoning and inspection procedures.

I previously worked in Columbus, OH on The View in Pavey project. This is a $27 million dollar project that is a student housing complex consisting of 132 apartments. I was previously in charge of all submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, daily coordination between subs and architects and more.In this environment I learned the aspects of daily coordination with all subcontractors in a job site setting. Welty would utilize morning huddles which consisted of myself, and two superintendents who would document all workers onsite, go through a daily pull plan with a two week look ahead and daily updates.My experience with submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes was a daily task. I would begin with having the contractor submit spec sheets for all items being used on the job, I would then use a Welty Transmittal template to submit an entire spec section to the architect who would use a 10 day review period. RFIs, or request for information was used daily to ensure accuracy as the building was a 2 story concrete structure and 5 story wood building built around a mechanical parking system with defined dimensions.Please let me know if you would further information on my experience with Welty Building Co.
