Tijdens mijn traineeship heb ik 3 hele leerzame ervaringen opgedaan. Mijn eerste opdracht was als functioneel beheerder bij Zorgcentrale Noord. Daarna heb ik de kans gekregen om daar door te stromen naar informatiemanager. Mijn laatste opdracht was bij de gemeente Eemsdelta. Hier ben ik uiteindelijk ook vast in dienst gegaan na het afronden van mijn traineeship. Bij ZCN was ik verantwoordelijk voor het Informatievoorziening landschap. Tijdens de fusie met NAAST werkte ik samen met de werkgroep IT aan de technische fusie van onze IT applicaties.Verder was ik Product Owner van het implementatieproject Salesforce voor de Sales en Persoonsalarmering afdeling van ZCN. Ook was ik verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van onze digitale werkplek omgeving. Dit is een project vanuit ons moederbedrijf Espria waarbij alle groepsmaatschappijen Office 365 moesten implementeren.

In 6 months I have worked on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/ AVG) within the department Cooperative Affairs (CA) at FrieslandCampina. Together with my team, I worked on identifying and analyzing sensitive data in every system, process and contract used by CA.Moreover, I have written my thesis about how FrieslandCampina CA can ensure future compliance in regard to the GDPR after the implementation phase.

I have worked at De Poort for almost 6 years.I improved a lot of working skills during these years like:- Teamwork experience- Individual worker- Providing a quality service- CommunicationOne of the most important things I have learned is discipline, communication, planning and loyalty.

I have worked as an intern for KartingManager for just over 3 months and during this time I helped them to translate their website to dutch (as I speak Polish) and gained experience with more IT related aspects as HTML and webhosting.
