- Liaising with on air talent in preparation to radio shows ensuring production quality is maintained throughout transmission. - Preparing all accompanying artwork and promotional material for circulation on social media platforms.- Upholding broadcast standards within the studio whilst running live shows as well as managing a team of broadcast assistants and assisting with training.

- Editing, tagging and uploading podcasts for the Rinse website. - Contributing to Rinse's creative social meida content.- ‘Driving the desk’ for pre-recorded and live programmes. - Providing general assistance to the production team.

- Acting as a primary contact for customers requiring high value / high risk services. - Liaising with financial institutions and border control services to organise the safe transportation of money and goods. - Producing monthly financial and service reports as well as ensuring all customers are billed correctly.

- Managing a portfolio of customers, overseeing the successful distribution of their monetary requirements to a range of businesses including retail companies, local councils, military barracks and hospitals. - Resolving customer enquiries and complaints by liaising with other area of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.

Transferring footage for news packages as well as making sure the cataloguing of archive material is maintained, in addition to preparing weekly deliveries for Reuters.

- Editing voice over talent and adding appropriate imaging for written articles.- Making sure volume levels are appropriately balanced.- Compiling the finished articles into audio-book format, checking that all tagged metadata is correct. - Working to a tight deadline.

- Presenting the breakfast show along with one other person on match days in build up to the game.- Interacting with callers and guests on a regular basis. - Helping to create playlists for pre-match shows.
