• Delivering entertaining and engaging programs in STEM education while modelling the highest standards in professionalism, inquiry-based techniques, interpersonal communication.• Coach staff and volunteer performance in conjunction with the Programming Manager as needed in offline and online programs. Provide leadership to staff, schools, and teacher educators to implement instructional practice for improved student achievement in STEM areas.• Research, design, evaluate and implement a wide range of informal STEM learning practices. Also collaborate with the Program Development Team with to prototype, and experiment to create new learning experiences. • Reflect and actively work to improve learning, for early childhood activities to K-12.• Present daily and upcoming programming at Heads Up Meeting.• Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.• Manages social media team in designing, building, and maintaining our digital presence.• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.• Coordinate with advertising, campaigning and media experts to improve marketing results.
