Evaluate suppliers’ proposals, based on price, lead time and quality to determine best commercial choices; Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and discount terms with suppliers; Initially responsible for the acquisition of materials and services related to HSE, such as PPE, lifesaving items, services to meet environmental compliance and audits, process safety, radioprotection and rental, medicines, hospital equipment, chemical products and lubricants to supply the platforms P-08, P-65, PPM-1 and PCE-1 in several applications and treatments, as well as diesel for the support boats; Worked during the last year with the acquisition of large demands of consumables, electrical items, industrial equipment (washing machines, household appliances, refrigeration, etc); Adjustment of Purchase Orders, interacting directly with the fiscal and financial teams for invoices' discrepancies; Source new suppliers to improve material replenishment in delivery, price and quality terms; Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, resulting in fewer supply chain delays and better operations flow; SAP system S/4 HANA 1809 SYSTEM.

Elaboration of TR (Transport Requisition) for embarks and disembarks of people and electronic material; Logistics support for accommodation, ground and air transportation requests; Control of performance indicators of suppliers; Maintain cost control of road tickets for invoicing; Petrobras SAP R3 system.

Monitor suppliers’ performance and conduct the expediting of all existing orders from company's division platforms and facilities, as well as maintain the system updated with the new delivery date; Prepare regular status (weekly) reports with compiled information on items received/open; Perform local and international procurement for platforms' operations (consumables, electrical equipment, PPE, medicines, maintenance items, etc.); Issue purchase order requisitions for the office as needed; Maintain up-to-date supplier data (create/review) in company's database; Provide ongoing user system support and training to suppliers on purchase orders acknowledgement, responding to quotations and online invoicing; Oracle ERP, Gateway and ICS systems.

Maintain control of POB (Personnel on Board), assign cabins, muster stations and lifeboats; Participate actively during safety drills as designated; Receive and transmit messages between the rig with vessels and other stations through the radio (GMDSS Radio communication); Receive and transmit EPTA CAT M messages with helicopters; Operate every communication equipment in the radio room and ensure that they are operational; Maintain a radio log of every radio communication from and to the rig; Directly involved in the logistics of personnel embarking/disembarking the rig; Elaborate local Company personnel timesheets, including vacation and overtime requests; Assist the OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) and Client Representative in administrative and operational tasks.
