Fulfilling staffing needs for a global software development consultancy by recruiting and placing candidates in a variety of roles. As a seasoned recruitment specialist, I've run the end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals, innovation experts, market strategists, PMO specialists, marketing teams, and HR in a financial company. I've also worked closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the team's goals.

As a recruitment at a payment technology company (Sicoob Holding), I was responsible for running the end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals, including developers, QA analysts, architects, cybersecurity experts, infrastructure specialists, and NOC professionals.In addition to recruitment, I provided relevant analytics data to senior managers to support their decision-making processes. I also developed actions to maintain a positive work environment and coached managers to improve their leadership skills. On a daily basis, I provided administrative support to managers and staff.One of my proudest achievements was collaborating on the redesign of the HR role and the company's onboarding process, which helped to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience. We won the GPTW award for the first time and maintained it for the two years I worked at the company.Sicoob incorporated the company in 2020.

I spearheaded the redesign and implementation of several initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience. My focus was on streamlining the recruitment process, boosting internal marketing efforts, improving HR communication, conducting job evaluations and salary studies, creating various organizational policies, fostering a positive work environment, and organizing events for up to 300 attendees.

As the head of HR operations for a fine jewelry retail company, I developed and designed all related processes from scratch.
