1- Responsible for the metal trading flow (Buy/resell), being responsible for operationalize all the purchase orders on the EBS system and taking care of ~ 5000 MT billets and P1020 sales.2- Operational logistical support, working with the CSR sales team in aligning the processes and solving problems with the logistics providers.3- Performed commercial internal controls to ensure all evidences available as required in key controls and SOX requirements. 4- Responsible for ASAT process keeping all tests performed according to the schedule analyzing the environment, establishing an effective risk matrix and key controls to ensure all risks and environment under control for Casting Business Units.5- Sales activities management: planning, coordination, and operationalization of domestic and international sales of aluminum powder and metal.6- Direct contact with internal and external customers of Alcoa in order to meet Alcoa´s as well as our client´s needs.7- Coordination of export sales procedures to Japan, the United States and Latin America. 8- Coordination of tolling processes ensuring the alignment among commercial area, customers, taxand controllership in order to validate the third party´s material in Alcoa's possession. 9- Automatization and simplification of the tolling process immensely improving its productivity, making data more reliable.10- Interaction with various areas of the company as credit, integrate receiving, shipping, tax, front commercial, setup, IT, production, controllership and COMEX

1- Elaboration and maintenance of inventory control for Alcoa Poços warehouse, procurement planning reports, supply chain raw materials, ABC curves and cyclical inventory.2- Responsible for analyzing the need supply, issue and follow-up purchase orders for stock items (domestic and imported spares parts, raw materials).3- Support for the area of materials engineering where I developed activities such as changes in inventory parameters (NCM, changes of minimum and maximum, safety stock among others) of warehouse items and creation of new items. 4- Warehouse Flow: Issuance of warehouse requisitions and returns of items to stock, tracking of cyclical inventory and stock out.
