 Acted throughout the Supply Chain, with a leading role in the planning of finished products, imported to Brazil and Argentina, managing Excel complex, where developed the ROP analysis for materials replenishment, managing LT, portfolio of materials (MTO and MTS), estimated customers for the good performance of the material volume throughout the supply chain x demand. I periodically reviewed the Inventory Components, keeping inventory at a low level, as per company policy. Worked in conjunction with the Sales team to improve accuracy of estimates, monitoring demand versus estimated (Sales Forecast Accuracy), Customer Service and Logistics.  Strong follow-up of the import process of the materials, vacation cover in the foreign trade department, understanding of documentation, administrative and fiscal phases (Customs), Siscomex, licenses and Agencies, RFB, INCOTERMS, customs conference (parameterization of the channel), clearance, release. Execution of Exort processes.  Maintenance of the products Master Data for the good operation of the planning in SAP and extraction of the information for the administration in Excel.  Accompany Slow Moving Inventory, materials for possible destruction. Strong management of the inventory available in stock plus the virtual stock that was in transit or in order placed in the factory. Active participant in the S&OP meetings, for accurate process of the material sales estimates and the consolidation of them in family of products in order to inform the best accuracy for manufacturing. Daily conference calls with sources of supply in USA, Germany, England, China, Japan, among others.  Project accomplished: application of the Item Level Planning ILP SAP platform for product planning making material resupply more automated, reducing human failures and providing direct information in SAP where everyone could view online and planning became standard according to other Intercompanies Kodak.
