As the Branch Operations Manager for Countrywide Home Loans, I hired, trained, supervised and project managed at least 22 loan associates, ensuring they met sales production goals. I also actively managed and daily pre-underwrote sub-prime and prime loans while working closely with customers and other vendors. I analyzed and presented weekly operational reports to upper management to ensure compliance with HMDA and RESPA laws. On a weekly basis, I would lead production meetings for several departments. I also developed, wrote, and implemented business development plans.
