- Ensure compliance and adherence to Order to Cash and Customer Distribution processes (e.g., SOX, GDP, SOP’s)
- Interact as liaison between Affiliates and Order to Cash operations and support creation and maintenance of enhanced Customer related services and activities
- Provide forward looking solutions to effectively resolve Customer support related issues; think in solutions and take initiatives.
- Responsible for executing various SAP transactions
- Ensure correctness of import documents
- Daily communication with Logistic Service Provider related to latest order status, Customer order consolidation and requested delivery dates
- Assisting Customer Operations in dealing with customer service issues and requests.

· Coordinate production of displays, bundles and other reworks to ensure they are available on time and in full to be shipped to customers in the different markets.

· Enforce the rework procedures and timelines are respected by all parties in the process

· Create a rework plan and share with distribution center managers and team, marketing, inventory analysis, sales and local customer service.

· Utilize all available data to make decisions about when (and possibly where) to rework, according to sales forecast and distribution center working capacity.

· Lead weekly market meetings where reworks are discussed on detail.

· Work closely together with Inventory Analysts, marketing, sales, demand planner, local customer service, distribution center managers, suppliers and others.

· Created reporting tools and maintain data master file where the rework planning is based on.

· Monitor closely the inventory availability to plan potential reworks.

· Look for potential cost savings / alignment across the region

· Monitor shipping against reworked stock and highlight any ‘excess’ to relevant personnel
