- Collaborate with the controlling shareholders on the definition of the strategy in connection with the investment portfolio of the holding company- Lead the entire M&A process on both sell and buy sides (including: sector and target analyses, valuation models and multiple analyses, deal structure, InfoMemo and teaser preparation, data room preparation, risk analysis, due diligence, negotiation, legal agreements, closing)- Lead the negotiation process including agreement on key terms and execution of legal agreements, as well as the regular cadence of communication on status to the shareholders- Lead the regular review of the acquired company performance (KPIs) and asset allocation analysis

Responsible for supervising internal controls of Elekeiroz and the activities of external and internal audits. Also responsible for assuring the quality and integrity of the financial statements of the company.

- Lead proprietary projects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances involving Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A.'s conglomerate;- Responsible for leading all due diligence processes involving the proprietary M&A projects of Itaú Unibanco’s conglomerate in Brazil and abroad;- Supervise the assessment analysis regarding target companies (including competitive advantages of the target, its financial and operational performance, target’s businesses, products and services, its corporate governance and market and a risk analyses);- Analysis, review and negotiation of non-binding offers, binding offers, MOUs, Term Sheets and SPAs (Stock Purchase Agreements), jointly with the Legal M&A department;- Responsible for leading the analysis of economic, financial, accounting and capital requirement (Basel III) matters associated with the M&A proprietary projects.
