• Responsible of E-invoicing process for LATAM: México, Chile, Perú and Colombia.• Proactive monitoring all invoices comply and are accepted by its tax entity.• Responsible of E-invoicing process for out of warranty partners program in México.• Representative for operation LATAM system in e-invoicing projects (Testing, MTP, MOC, Golden transactions)• Monthly conciliation reports for all operation LATAM transactions.• Review backlog and follow up with Back Operations team to close orders as soon as possible.• Point of contact between Call Center team and HPI Operations.

• Awareness of HP new products being introduced in Mexico for planning purposes.• Monthly forecast for supplies and complete products for the operation.• Review backlog, share upgrades, send alternates for warranties.• Create purchase orders in order to bring planned material.• Create and send pre- alerts to warehouse.

• Analysis tasks such as: Validate locations from which the material comes out are the right ones.• Proactive monitoring in order to track all pending orders.• Analysis of reports, reclassify and improve metrics according to established parameters.• Creation and modification of orders (change of plants, change for functional equivalents, etc.)

• Interact with suppliers and enterprises.• Follow up with brokers and DSV’s traffic team.• Follow up with quarantine material.• Establish priorities with the material received and give the instruction to receive the material to the warehouse team.• Communication within the areas the activities require.
