● Updating Financial transactions on school’s database.● Managing petty cash payments and cash reconciliations well as verifying supporting documents.● Preparing weekly cash and routine management reports.● Processing expenses and all other payments.● Paying PAYE, Self-Assessment tax and other tax obligations. ● Supervising all daily activities in cash office.● Processing of invoices, receipts and payments on school’s database.● Managing defaulting students balances.

● Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.● Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company.● Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

• Receiving and processing cash, cheque transactions, ensuring all cash and cheques are deposited.• Answering enquiries regarding student accounts.• Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.• Ensuring petty cash and cash accounts are correct at close of work day.

Responsible for performing KYC on new customers and periodic account reviews. Perform on going reviews of the customer. Follow up and track all documents required to satisfy new account requirements.
