-Assisting the head designer with space planning-Attending client meetings for site surveys and measurements-Producing 3D renderings for client projects (Sketchup/3ds Max)-Producing floor plans, elevations, and technical documents (AutoCAD)

-Created cabinet drawings using CNC Software based on a variety of different sources including AutoCAD drawings and Chief Architect drawings

-Coordinate and monitor shipments along with tracking-Communicate closely with clients and overseas agents -Work with terminals, carriers and warehouses to improve on POD status updates-Negotiate with carriers for services and preferential rates-Handle claims and trouble shooting-Prepare customs documents and costing/billing

-Responsible for the management of import and export operations-Tracing ocean and air shipment and cargo management for major manufacturing companies (LG, Kumho Tire, ALCAN, etc)-Ensure complete documentation for Canadian and US freight-Quoted and negotiated rates to internal and external clients and overseas agents-Setup communication channel with international and local clients-Additional responsibilities including billing and accounting-Training junior staff according to established procedures and customs regulations
