A goal of mine is to always grow and learn more skills. I consider myself to have a strong work ethic and I take opportunity when I see it. I think it is important to be cross trained in different positions because I believe success can only be achieved by broadening your skills and perspectives. Interning at State Street, I’ve developed an interest in risk and compliance. It is crucial to understand how to eliminate potential issues before they occur. Being able to implement ideas to improve strategies and systems, adding value to a company, is one of the most rewarding jobs I can find myself pursuing.
