- Reporting to the VP of Sales, responsible for strategic planning, sales execution, operations management, and relationship management to drive financial performance and business growth across the international market.

- With a focus on performance optimization, I developed KPIs, strategies, and metrics to increase YOY sales across financial products and solutions. Managed 10 sales campaigns within a 2-year period; attained 10% sales.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies and organizational objectives. Serve as a key partner supporting the development, training, and rollout of marketing.
- Evaluate data-driven metrics, sales activity, and forecasts to identify areas of improvement; develop strategic initiatives to support growth of product distribution, including procedures and tools to optimize customer.
