I have worked with Societe Generale Ghana for a year where I operated as a front desk executive and also learnt the work of a customer service representative on the job. My work as a customer service representative came into play when the representatives were not around. I also learnt that to make customer responses swift in order to make clients happy. In this institution, I was the first point of contact when customers walked in so I had to ensure I listen to customers effectively and provide them with solutions to their needs. I help them request for assets such as Atm cards and cheque books and I give them a call to pick them up when they were ready. Making weekly reports was also part of the job. The best part of my job was to see a customer happy because good service has been rendered to him or her. It was a pleasure helping people solve their needs, it was not always easy😂 but I enjoyed my stay.I also worked with one of the biggest pharmaceuticals in Ghana, Kumasi precisely. Amponsah Efah pharmaceuticals Ltd is my current employer and I work as a sales officer where I have been given a shop full of company’s products to manage.So I engage customers and sell the pharmaceutical products to them. I deal in exchange of cash on a daily basis as well taking stock and making daily report.
