I am a people’s person. Providing quality service is my way of life. I enjoy interacting with people at work, as well as providing satisfaction to service users. I have a passion for helping people which is one of the many things I enjoy in my current role, to both service users and to my teammates. I am also availed the opportunity to showcase my strengths and skills in administrative duties. In my role as a Manual & Patient Handling Instructor at The Fern Dean, I help train and support staff and residents on safe and effective practices in a care environment. In addition, I am also a member of the Falls Committee, where periodic falls are reviewed, reassessments done per case, as well as preventive measures put in place to attempt to eliminate or reduce the numbers. Aim is to promote mobility, protect bone health and overall improve quality of life of the elderly. I’m on a journey of building a career out of my passion. What I’m really about is getting results, quality work, adding value, team playing and overall leaving a positive mark.I like to think of myself as Your proactive go-to girl.
