As a Coordinator the day to day tasks were both tedious and original when tending to different clientele and event status. I attended daily meetings that were held regarding set up locations, team leads, time management, floral decorations, décor decorations, floor plans, diagrams, truck rentals, material rental items, drivers and contact information which I would than distribute via email to team members with their designated event locations and instructions. Each shift I was given 3 events to complete up to Royal Orchid standard within a specific time frame. I was solely responsible for instructing the loading of products within each vehicle, such as centerpieces, back drops, bouquets, and an array of endless creations as well as drop of/pick up locations. Once arrived to the venue I would coordinate interdepartmental activities and work together with venue management to ensure products/designs are available and up to par. During each event set up I would use product service knowledge and assist team members with risk management, questions, concerns, contacts and perfections at each venue. Each set up location would be completed in a time sensitive situation and would continue on to the next event until the daily tasks were concluded. I would then communicate an end of day report to the company manager and attach completion photos, time frames, employee attendee and invoice collections that occurred during each event on a daily basis.
