 Leads the global IT SOX review which included our major foreign affiliates such as WMI UK, WMI France and WMI Japan; Collaborates and manages the external audit as well as consultants for internal audit; Partners with business management to streamline SOX controls not only in the IT General Controls area but also in business process controls; Provides training to internal audit staff on performing IT tests, application and report testing; Assists management in the review of WMG’s compliance to US-EU Safe Harbor; Performed segregation of duties review on SAP.

 Managed client portfolio in performing IT general & application controls review (both from an internal and external audit perspective) at an executive level within the practice and the firm, reporting directly to Partners on certain engagements; Managed multiple teams at the same time; monitored engagement economics Provided guidance and shares knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues; Led the engagements’ IT Audit Planning process and reviewing the work of seniors and staffs, and communicating findings and recommendations to senior management, including the following reviews: IT General Controls review, Application and IT Dependent Manual Controls review, Pre and Post-Implementation review, Systems Development Life Cycle review, SOC report review, Sarbanes – Oxley 404 and Japanese Sarbanes – Oxley; Infrastructure reviews over operating and database systems supporting the in-scope applications (i.e. Windows, UNIX, AS400, DB2, Oracle DB, Mainframe, etc.); Maintains relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables; Involved in business identification, proposal development, presentations and key account management; Involved in staff hiring, retention, counseling sessions for career growth; Facilitating and conducting trainings for junior staff.
