Human Resources Business Partner
Current• Provide HR support for over 400 employees in 10 domestic and international locations including EEO, employee relations, compensation, benefits, ethics, legal compliance, performance assessment, career planning, talent management, succession planning, management development, training, and interpretation of policies and procedures• Execute corporate initiatives by providing employee support, communication and training • Modify and create HR policies to meet changing business needs and requirements• Provide employee relations support including conducting investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations. Work with EEO officer and legal department to mitigate and reduce risks. Document and resolve employee complaints• Assist with the development and approval of new proposals, contracts and compensation plans to obtain new business • Conduct exit interviews, analyze results, and develop plans for improving employee retention• Responsible for all areas of workforce management including merit planning, growth promotions and ensuring equity in compensation • Conduct employee benefits orientation for domestic and international new hires• Conduct “Full Spectrum Leadership” interviews and on-boarding for management positions• Guide and support management in providing employee awards and recognition• Coordinate new pay groups, pay premiums and payroll changes as needed • Ensure payment of completion and performance bonuses as outlined in program specific compensation plans• Mentor and train new HR Professionals
