I have more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and I have been with The Juicy Crab for over five and a half years, starting as a bar manager and then becoming a restaurant and kitchen manager.As a general manager, I am responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the restaurant, from the kitchen to the bar. I also contribute to the business development and advertising of the restaurant, using data and financial analysis to optimize costs, revenues, and profits. I hold a hospitality skill certification for bartender issued by StackSkills, which demonstrates my proficiency in mixing and serving drinks, handling cash, and managing inventory. I am passionate about delivering excellent service, creating delicious dishes, and growing the business.
