Volunteer Engagement SpecialistI am beyond excited to accept this promotion of Volunteer Engagement Specialist at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The Volunteer Engagement Specialist is responsible for management of the Foundation’s national initiatives to engage, retain and recognize donors and volunteers, which includes the Tomorrow’s Leaders program, the Volunteer Leadership Conference, and the CFFT Lab Tour stewardship event. In addition, this role will work closely with the Foundation’s Meetings, Communications, Community Partnerships, and Advocacy teams to collaborate on projects like annual volunteer stewardship events including the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference volunteer events, national volunteer week, and more. The Volunteer Engagement Specialist will support all Tomorrow’s Leaders activities including the College Program and Professional Development Series. This support includes creating and sending volunteer communications and materials related to these national initiatives, ensuring accurate data tracking for volunteers and donors.
