Role: Test Manager• Leads testing activities for the testing project team• Contributes to the overall testing approach• Defines test conditions and develops test scripts and leads others with this development• Monitors test cycles and testing team progress• Identifies and escalates project level quality issues and risks• Tracks and reports status of the project and testing deliverables• Supports root cause analysis of quality issues in test projects• Identifies, describes, and mentors test analysts in appropriate testing techniques• Verifies the required test environment configurations and updates• Assists with the resolution of prioritized defects

Assigned duties and monitored quality of work ensuring QA best practices and methodologies.Manual Testing using both Black box and White box methodologies.Functional Testing, Stress Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance testing in a multi-tiered environment using Black Box and White-Box testing methods. Writing Test Plans, Test Cases/Scenarios, Test Procedures, processes and analyzing Test Results.Identified Test scripts for Manual and Automated test scenarios.Create and review process, propose enhancements to the software development life cycleProvide input to reliability and quality planning to identify potential problems with new and existing products.Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve time to market while maintaining a high level of quality software for internal and external customers.Actively contribute to testing and software quality development strategy and department roadmap/visionDevelop and manage metrics for performance improvementEvaluate, recommend and select suitable test management, test automation and performance testing tools.Responsible for gathering information from previous phases and time tracking of the team’s effort for the current phase so that accurate test estimations of test creation and execution can be provided to the management.Experience in analyzing Business Requirements and Specifications
