With more than 17 years of experience in Training and Organizational Development, I believe that the analysis of scenarios and mapping of opportunities for people development, plus the consultative approach and my graduation as a psychologist, have brought organizations and people the building of relationships that promote a effective and efficient cooperation in supporting service delivery. I am fluent in English and also worked technically in the commercial area. My experience is very customer-oriented, which I consider a differential for my performance and career.As a consultant, I’ve performed diagnoses and surveys of Training Needs (LNTs), designed Learning and Development solutions, Team Building, Technical and Behavioral Training and Change Management Projects in Corporate Education, achieving significant results such as the implementation of Academia Santander and the Braskem global HCM learning module.I have experience and knowledge in the Manufacturing, Consulting, Data Processing and Education (Edtech and School) industries, in the Human Resources value chain, with an emphasis on Learning and Development (L&D). This experience gave me skills in the Competency Management model – Mapping, Recruitment and Selection (R&S), Training and Development and Performance Assessment.I also have experience in the Financial area, which gave me a business orientation and a strong execution profile.My choice to work with Corporate Education is based on my values: supporting and helping people to achieve their best, to solve problems, to find their purpose and truth.
