I wear many hats in this position: office manager, AP/AR, division orders, land technician, order supplies, reception area.

Responsible for maintaining Description Spread Sheet and New Well Spread Sheet, I receive all Well Status changes, Well Authorizations, and Curative Packets for Permian wells and enter them in to the NWSS. I handle all code to file for Permian area, and will have file supervisor set up new files as needed. I have worked with Quorum Land system, and a little with WellView to help research file numbers, and other well data that might help out the analysts. I am able to place owners in pay status, and update any personal information once the signed division orders have been returned.

Responsible for all scanning and validation of Digital Oilfield invoices from all departments. Verify and make all necessary corrections. Exposure to Procurement Group by checking all of their scanned invoices. I maintain a weekly Excel spreadsheet for reporting invoices. Exposure to Land Department by coding their invoices, checking that all properties have been set up and have active wells. I also confirm that all AFE’s have been set up and are active as well. Once the invoices have been coded, I key in all check requests to submit for payment. In addition to Pioneer’s own operated properties, I process Pioneer’s Non-Operated invoices as well. I train new employees who join our team.
