As Senior Product Manager of Volunteer Experiences, I am responsible for the leadership and development of Cricket Australia’s community volunteer digital products. This includes PlayHQ, OfficialsHQ, 3rd party integrators and digital learning experiences. I work with internal teams and vendors to deliver the roadmap of features and integrations that underpin the volunteer experience. The heart of my role is focused on making volunteers lives easier.With over 20 years of experience in working and volunteering with corporate, grassroots and community organisations, I have strong skills in stakeholder engagement and data-led decision making. I am passionate about delivering solutions that meet diverse needs, while also fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships. I have contributed to numerous community-strengthening activities in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I am Dare to Lead™ Trained and an authentic and trustworthy leader.
