She is a seasoned banker with more than 22 years of experience covering areas such as retail, developmental and merchant banking. She has immense experience in the preparation of documentation and front line negotiations for International Funding arrangements for Zimbabwe. Priscilla has also contributed to national policy formulations in Financial Inclusion in various capacities.Priscilla is a co-founding member of “Woman Excel”, a non-profit organisation launched by women for women, which encourages women in the corporate world to grow from mediocrity to greatness. This organisation inspires women to be their best and has gone from strength to strength. Women Excel is celebrating its 8th anniversary. As part of her work with women excel Priscilla has started a scholarship for girls from low-income families to be able to attend both secondary and tertiary education. Priscilla is a Board Member of Island Hospice Zimbabwe and is currently the chairperson of its Finance Committee. Priscilla is currently a Director and the Divisional Head of Corporate Banking at Agribank, Zimbabwe. Recognized by the US Embassy as one of a handful of emerging women leaders, she was chosen to be one of the mentors in the Women’s Development Dialogue Series which is hosted by the US Embassy. She is a Council Member of one the State Universities in the country. Priscilla is very interested in developmental economics as well as women empowerment. She strongly desires to impact positively the poverty alleviation, developmental finance, mainstreaming of the marginalized societal sectors , and financial inclusion space in society.
