• Maintains Salesforce donor platform utilized for fundraising/development including donor records, running reports, gift processing, and all other inquiries• Process all thank you letters and honor/memorial cards for donations• Works to ensure all donor recognitions have been acknowledged appropriately and in a timely manner• Provides weekly donation updates to entities• Maintains and creates campaigns using Click and Pledge for all entities• Provides administrative support to the Marketing, Branding and Communications team• Submits requisitions for the Marketing, Branding and Communications team
