• Formulates and communicates metrics and objectives on a regular and consistent basis to employees through daily check-ins, observations, and one-on-one coaching routines; provides instruction, positive models, and opportunities for observation in order to promote skills development; and encourages questions to ensure understanding.. • Executes challenging financial center goals that are designed to achieve business results; overcomes obstacles in order to meet or exceed goals; measures progress and evaluates results; and re-prioritizes as appropriate.• Fosters effective employee relations to maximize retention of high performing employees and maintains a highly motivated team by listening to and fully involving team members in decisions and actions and creating an environment for open, continuous and proactive communication.• Establishes employee professional development plans to aid each employee in performance and career progression in order to clarify roles and responsibilities and to ensure effective steering, review, and/or support functions are in place to meet professional growth.

• Directly supervises the teller staff. • Reviews work schedules and assigns work as necessary to ensure members are given the most efficient and superior service possible. • Provides feedback to Branch Manager on ways to improve the member experience. • Conduct performance reviews and track coaching and disciplinary action for all branch employees. • Responsible for the growth of the branch to include meeting the goals set for the branch, their measurement, and analysis. • Manages change fund duties to include, but not limited to replenishing tellers, verifying incoming cash supply, balancing the change fund general ledgers and daily transactions, monitoring cash levels, and managing ATM services. • Completes various logs or reports to document transactions for audit and research purposes. • Responsible for coaching staff to ensure that they are cross-selling and reaching branch goals.

• Performs branch opening duties. • Performs branch closing duties. • Provides guidance and direction to co-workers relating to policies and procedures, fraud alerts, suspicious activity or transactions. • Reviews Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and submits them to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.
